Our Policies


24 hours cancellation required if you are unable to make your appointment time. If you do not show up to an appointment, or give less than 24 hours notice on three occasions, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of your total booking will be required before re-booking.

Record Cards

Each client must complete a record card for the treatments being performed. All data is kept in line with GDPR regulations.

Patch tests

For any HD Brow treatment, Tint treatment, or Lash treatment a patch test will be required 24hours prior to your appointment time, Patch Tests can be given at your last appointment if required.


All /nail Enhancements, Gel Polish, and Lash treatments are guaranteed for 7 days. If you experience any breakages/ extreme loss of lashes not caused by yourself you will be entitled to a repair, free of charge at the next available appointment. After this, or in the case that damage was caused by poor aftercare, repairs will incur a charge as listed.

Treatment Intervals

Nail Enhancements, services including a Gel Polish finish, and Lash extension services can last between 2-3 weeks. Maintenance or Removal appointments should be carried out within this time frame in order to prevent damage. If this time frame is exceeded it may not be possible to carry our a Maintenance service and a Removal treatment and New Set may be required. No more than 3 Maintenance appointments should be had between a Removal and New Set treatment. Please be sure to make the correct booking as timings may vary between appointment types. Tinting and hair removal treatments can last between 4-6 weeks.

Minimum Age

Due to insurance restrictions the minimum age for any service is 16 years. Please be aware treatment can be refused on this basis.


In the interest of all parties please refrain from bringing children to your appointment.

Appointment Practices (COVID-19 Specific)

Additional hygiene practices are in place and fully comply with all Government Guidance, adaptations to these policies will be made in line with any further updates published. All services are by appointment only, with restricted availability and we ask that you; arrive at the booked time attending alone and bringing only essential items in with you, or reschedule if you feel unwell. Refreshments will be unavailable. You will be required to answer a short questionnaire relating to COVID-19 prior to your appointment, and have a contactless temperature check and sanitise your hands before treatment commences. We ask that, if you are able, you wear a face covering to your appointments or purchase one on arrival. Contactless or card payment is preferred and we will be taking details in order to comply with the NHS track and trace service.
